Appears in good shape with basic testing performed.
We  corrected the adjustment screw so light bulb would work correctly on one head.
Marked - 122300 on view head.
3 x 36" Extend lengths, 3/8" dia., Overall length fully assembled 12 foot to eye piece.
One 90 degree view head with light. The other view head we are not sure of the view.
Lamp power supply, adjustable.
Eye cup and couple of camera adapters?
The case foam was getting a bit old on the ends so we cut out and used some egg crate foam to replace.
Some old dry tape residue on one side of case.
