Description

Used Mollica Wrist Watch training bat. Often referred to as a "snap bat". 33 inch length. An old but very effective training aid. Swinging this device teaches you to swing short with hands inside and directly to the ball with proper quick wrist rolling. Rewards "throwing your hands" and proper wrist rolling which is key to a flatter swing for better and more true contact for line drives. (Watching Hank Aaron in slow motion is a fine example of this.) Prevents a long swing with hands "casting" which robs power and control of the bat head. When swung properly, the slider cylinder will move from the down position to the extended position and create a snap that should happen as you roll your wrists. When "casting" your hands, the cylinder will hit the end prior to wrist roll and make a much quieter thud giving you audible feedback in addition to what you feel in your hands and wrists compared to a proper swing. Comes with original nylon carrying case shown in last pic. Rare and hard to find nowadays. Will ship free using US Priority Mail to US domestic addresses. Please no international buyers.
