helpful item to safely assist with mobility. Chair has a brake in the back for caregivers to help in avoiding falls from individual's moving chair away from tables, standing without assistance, etc. Especially helpful with dementia/PD triggered psychomotor agitation which can increase fall risks. Has swivel option which allows turn and ease of access without tripping over table legs, etc. This model has the armrest option to assist in preventing excessive leaning and falling. This item proved very helpful for our situation. I performed extensive research on a chair that would meet our parents needs and this hit all points. The cheapest I could find was 0 at that time and would have loved to come across a used model. It's still like new and sadly we no longer have a need.
